150 gals/household/day is rather wasteful use (unless you have 14 kids). That's an absurd number for an area so dependent on scant water supply throughout the years. Let people use what they want but just quadruple the rates above 80-90 gallons/day.

Wonder how Bolinas would do if we brought a few hundred illegal aliens in and let them live there and have large families? Bolinas is California in microcosm. We cannot expect people to ration water here and conserve when Proposition 187, passed overwhelmingly by the voters that would have limited public services to illegals, is overturned by one activist judge.

Look on the bright side, if you keep sending your water to SoCal they won't send there population up north to the source.

water in so cal comes from utah and colorado not nocal so get it straight nor cal water is stolen and given to other norcal places without water all water barroned up
