Obama: Voters face 'clearest choice' in a generation

CHARLOTTE – President Obama framed his election bid as a clear choice "between two different paths for America" Thursday night. He closed the Democratic National Convention by contending his road map to right America was better suited to a broader cross-section of the country than that of Republican Mitt Romney.

Sponsored Links"I know that campaigns can seem small, and even silly. Trivial things become big distractions. Serious issues become sound bites. And the truth gets buried under an avalanche of money and advertising. If you're sick of hearing me approve this message, believe me — so am I," Obama told a packed Time Warner Cable Arena and prime-time TV audience. "But when all is said and done — when you pick up that ballot to vote — you will face the clearest choice of any time in a generation."

"Over the next few years, big decisions will be made in Washington, on jobs and the economy; taxes and deficits; energy and education; war and peace — decisions that will have a huge impact on our lives and our children's lives for decades to come. On every issue, the choice you face won't be just between two candidates or two parties. It will be a choice between two different paths for America. A choice between two fundamentally different visions for the future."

STORY: Obama: Voters face 'clearest choice' in a generation
Obama was pointed, passionate and often persnickety in his highest-profile 2012 campaign speech to date.

"I'm no longer a just a candidate; I'm the president. I know what it means to send young Americans into battle, for I have held in my arms the mothers and fathers of those who didn't return. I've shared the pain of families who've lost their homes, and the frustration of workers who've lost their jobs."

I'll be voting Obama without question. The right is hopelessly lost on Bullshit Mountain. This Ms Black is certifiably nuts. Inside her and most like her is an anger so deep that their aggression is everywhere. Since they can't blast their bosses (big money) they choose to punish the poor, the elderly, and even veterans.

When Ron Ramsey is your Lt Governor, you are just about a wasteland of utter and absolute solid STUPID with a layer of redneck on top.

Now that is a classic Obama supporter. At least its an HONEST assessment of the results and direction of Obama if re-elected to another 4 year term.

Thats what gets me, all Obama loyalist are aware of his failure record, yet they feel compelled to still cast there vote for another 4 years of DOOM and GLOOM

Daily Horoscope for May 18

Gemini

Try as you might, you won't be able to convince a certain person to see things from your point of view. This character is far too busy letting you know that they're an individual in their own right and they won't be tied down by you. The more you push, the more they'll rebel, so try not to incite further displays of outrageousness.
