and....if the seller cover-ups a serious flaw that the inspector cannot inspect then you are stuck. That home warranty does not cover hidden defects. Then your only recourse is to sue the seller (who in our case was now living in his parents' house, doing odd jobs, and unable to 'pay up'. we lost thousands.)
