living in hart county you either have to know someone or be related to someone to get a decent job around here, the people that want off welfare cant get off welfare cause all the jobs get taken by people that just know the right person been the same for years in hart county never gonna change,

random drug tests for public assistance is the worst thing that could happen in our country,it would cost double to do it than what the welfare costs, then you are infringeing on peoples rights.

the main reason that once yu get on public ass. and cant get off,is because of the medical card issue, you can get a job anywhere, but that dont mean that it offers free health insuracne or even has health insurance,so people are stuck on p.a. for the medical care it offers, kids and adults.use your head before you go spouting off on here about people.

The thing is when you Drug test these people, The check stops for good because I would be willing to bet 75% of them are on Drugs then the government saves money ( Problem Solved ) :(

NO,all they have to do is stop for a day or two before the test and then they piss clean and bam, everyone is fooled.this will not work,i dont care what you do,there are way to many ways around the test,it would be a complete waste of time and money, our money, tax payer money.i am totally against any kind of drug testing for public assistance,no matter what kind it is.it is a known fact that it will do nothing but cost money.

I like you Minton you seem like a good person. But we the people have a big problem on our hands our Government is raising the age of our eligibility for social security the working people I mind you until eventually it will be stopped all together. What I'm saying is that our government needs to look at the whole picture instead of going after the working people. And once again ( our government ) is going to raise our taxes but we are the only ones they can get anything from. This isn't fair to the working people.

thats why i like obamas plan for making anyone makin over 250,000.00 per yr pay their fair share in taxes, but i wish he would increase the amount to 500,ooo.oo per yr,but you have to start somewhere.i agree that if republicans have their way, there will be no social security in the near future, hell if ronald reagon had gotten his way in the 80's there would be no social security today.i like obamas plan, not perfect, but better than what anybody else has come up with imo.and yes im all for obamas heathcare bill,i have no heath insurance and this is the only way that i might be able to have health insurance for me and family.

So you think it is fair to charge every working person that doesn't have health care a tax?? If you can't afford to purchase health care now, why would you THINK that you could afford it in the future? I believe that people who do not wish to have this "tax" deduction, should be able to opt out. Sounds more like communism, than freedom. What if tomorrow our government decides to tax those of us who don't have a smart car, would you think it was okay? Or a tax for those who don't buy milk at the grocery, don't buy milk, then you have to pay a penalty tax?? CRAZY, just CRAZY! Freedom of choice, is what our government is supposed to be about!!

im just saying the system aint workin now as it is,at least obama is tryin some new things, some may work, some may suck, but you got to start somewhere, hell the republican healthcare plan is for you to hurry up and die if you aint a two time over millionaire.if you have health insurance im glad for ya,but alot of us dont have it,cant afford it,this may be a chance for us to get some sort of coverage for a family other than a medical card.at least obama is trying different things, hell all the high and mighty republcains have been doing for 4yrs is tryin to figure out how to make obama a one term president, and they couldnt do that right, mitch mcconnell is the worst thing ky has going for it right now,him and hal rogers

thre are going to be more than just one or two companies that offer health insurance after this bill takes effect, making it way more competive than it is now, also if you have any preexisiting conditions right now you are just screwed with anthem and the other few that you have to choose from, obama plan lets preexisting conditions not matter in the policy which is a step in the right direction.obmas plan is to make health ins. way more affordable for us poor folk, and if its not, then we are screwed again i guess.

yes sick and tired of people abusing the system. I know someone in rowletts drawing disability check but get his painkiller butt mad and he can run like forset gump..and the wife has no job and takes pain killers all day..but they get food stamps for kids they supposibly adopted how is that possible? I thought if you were adopted there are no more funds for that child/children. But they show up for court with no receipts because they get a check on one of the kids they adopted..are you kidding me??? Justice system is crazy
