Congratulations to The Monrovia P..D. They have turned a relatively safe situation and turned it into something unsafe. No small fete ! While virtually blocking off Colorado St. to drop off or pick up students, they have created a wild jaywalking free for all on Madison.. In the process they have relieved over 100 families of their hard earned cash. A noble endeavor.. Kudos are also in order to The Monrovia P.R. Dept. for their amazing job .Without them this award would not have been possible.

Jaywalking? Seriously??? Is that the best you've got? Perhaps you'd be happier in another city. Congratulations to the whole City of Monrovia, because all the employees, residents and business owners made it possible. You deserve this award big time!!!!!!

We are talking safety here. You are clueless. Emergency vehicles have been on site at least twice since this campaign began. One was for a jaywalker getting hit right in front of the school. Not sure about the other reason. Its hard to argue with the facts . But I am sure that you will try.
And yes, I would be happier spending my money in another city.
