I have a little problem with the angle you're taking with the driver of the propane tanker. I haven't heard a cause for the truck wrecking. Your report questioned the fact the individual states have no control over the drivers license. That's a good thing or you could wind up with 50 different sets of rules. NIGHTMARE! That number of tickets is not bad when you figure that a normal over the road driver runs a minimum of 100,000 miles a year. The odds of picking up a ticket are greatly increased. How do you know the drivers handicapped plates weren't because of a handicapped family member not him. You've insinuated things you can't prove.
