Has anyone used trimspa? They have it on sale at walmart and im wanting to see if it works before i buy it.

trimspa is a diet supplement, I have not tried it,but have read slim quick is a very good one, Nothing is as good as a 1200 calorie diet and 30 minutes of cardio, which ever you choose ,I know you might think that I am trying to be smart, just saying what worked best for me,I know I sure had more energy, which ever you choose Good-Luck

Cut out the sweets and pop and you will lose weight. Wwalk a little , it's good for your health. Los without taking the pill and you will keep it off longer and do better

i took trimspa. i cut out pop only drunk water and i exercised. i lost like 12 lbs. in a month. i don't like it because you have to schedule a time to take the pill. it just wasn't for me.

I know its hard to give up my Nilla Waffers and Ice cream. I thought i would try to get a fast way to lose weight. My daughter is going to try it with me.
