what this means to me is,if you kill somebody say
you choked them to death then thats the same way the state should have you killed.

I think you misunderstood me.The law of the land is our court system which should try and convict offenders not us.We are to let God make things right for us as he says in His word that we live by.He does not want us being vigilantes.:)

What about the junville sex offender register that was passed in 2006. Every state but 16 has until 2010 to come in compliance or lose there state and federal funding. This was on the main stream media. Nevada reduce ther age limit to 8 years old. Unebeliveable.
