Former Ohio Democratic Congressman James Stanton had this to say "I supported Barack Obama in 2008 because I liked what he said. But after four years of painful unemployment and 5 tillion in new debt under President Obama it's clear to me that he just hasn't gotten the job done. I am endorsing Gov. Mitt Romney because I believe it's time for new leadership."

4 incredibly long years and tonight we will know whether our country will have a leader with the actual bonfide ability to lead our country out of the fiscal mess we are in. Fellow Americans I believe this is the most important election in my entire life, more is at stake this time, it is imperative for our country's survival we address the mind-blowing debt.

Good luck to all of us!

"It is a paradoxical truth that tax rates are too high today and tax revenues are too low, and the soundest way to raise the revenues in the long run is to cut tax rates....An economy constrained by high tax rates will never produce revenues to balance the budget, just a it will create enough jobsor enough profits."

Hey dude don't misquote JFK. What he said was and I quote..."an economy constrained by high tax rates will never produce revenues to balance the budget, just as it will NEVER create enough jobs or enough profits."

JFK

John Fitzgerald Kennedy understood the way the American Economy works and he was a democrat. What happened to the Democratic Party?

People's vote was bought and paid for this time around. Then our Congress is bought and paid for by lobbyist and special interest.

Check out what your local high school kid understands about the history of the USA then see if the knowledge of history for this country improves with most college kids you know.

Be prepared to be disappointed.

You think maybe it might have just been an error in copying the quite. Straighten your bloomers out. You'll be more comfortable without them in a knot.

What? Your first sentence is totally screwed up! Unlike you I don't wear bloomers, I find under armour quite comfortable.

It's being reported that LG Chem which is supposed to build batteries like those used in the GM Volt was given 142 million dollars of taxpayers money only one problem they have produced exactly 0.00%
batteries.

Thanks for the effective use of our taxpayers money this is just one of MANY companies OBAMA touted as a good reason to re-election his administation "to stay the course because the job isn't done".

Oh yeah, can't wait to see the rest of his term!

Yes we should support our President and his agenda. We should support his support of teachers who's dedication to excellence is unquestionable.

Now for the rest of the story.

Just this last week a teacher in Sequoyah County told their class that WWII ended in 1949. When several students brought it to the attention of the teacher that he was incorrect WWII ended in 1945, the teacher didn't appreciate being corrected and argue WWII ended in 1949.

With excellence in education like that is it any wonder our kids are clueless to what our real history is in this country?

But, in the teacher's defense he doesn't actually teach history....just decided to travel into areas it's obvious he should leave alone...like history.

LOL

LOL, yes it's a funny story but you said "several" students knew 1945 was the end of WWII. In that case it would seem that the history teacher (perhaps parents as well)have taught these kids some important history of our country. The kids remembered and knew better than what the other teacher was saying.

Bravo to the kids that got it right!

To the teacher who thought WWII ended in 1949 I just have one thing to say to you. When you give misinformation to students you harm their learning experience, so don't stray from the subject you are qualified to teach. When you start your day teaching rest assured that you will never be missed at NASA.
