This guy has been arrested and convicted at least 4 times for drug charges and still remains to be a holy terror. He keeps getting off the hook because of the political scandel in Sequoyah County.
He's a maggot and will only see judgement day when someone puts a bullet in his head

Okay, I understand that this man has been bad and done some really horrible things. I also understand that going 120 mph. at least past a high school, a middle school, and an elementary school while in SESSION is not justified. My dad was driving down the road when all of this took place and he said that any small wrong thing he did would have ended up in an accident as they FLEW by. Yes, he needed to be caught, but not in this fashion and it should not have taken the Sheriff's department, OHP's, and the local departments to apprehend him in such a high speed fashion. Love to see how they spend our tax dollars.

So if they run the cops shouldn't pursue? They were doing their jobs and you want to gripe about tax dollars? Maybe we could designate an area to be base for the criminals..so if they can run and get to base they are home free? olly olly oxen free!

Was anyone hurt? Did they shoot at the criminal near the schools or was there a wreck by the school? The officers are idiots until you need their help huh? If there was someone with a gun at one of these schools you'd be begging these "idiots" to come to their rescue wouldn't you?

Law enforcement already knew who this creep was, so there was no need for a high speed chase that could have killed several innocent people AND almost did.
I bet the creep is already back out on the streets today doing the same thing he has been doing for years and will continue to do so.
I agree there are SOME decent law enforcement in Sequoyah County but the majority are these little small town redneck hicks that like to think they are Rambo.

Okay, so you think that just because they were doing there jobs it is okay to put any and all that is around whether in schools, walking, driving down the streets, whatever at risk. HMMMM let me think about this for a minute. Doing a job and putting other innocent people's lives at risk while doing so just seems a little on the power trip side. I mean for real the reason they were chasing him was over a back child support warrant of a little over 3,000.00..Come on, and they knew where he lived. Oh and BTW it was not the dog, it was officers who did it his face. They do have witnesses on that. Do you think they had the right to do that also? What's right is right and what's wrong is wrong.

regardless of how he got his face punked, the job should have been finished. aint he purty? hehehehe
BTW, did'nt he have drugs too? I think so just like he always did and was probably going to the schools to sell them.

besides, he resisted and looks like they used the proper force to make the arrest. And just in case he broke loose, he could only see out of one eye and not have enough energy to run far. lol so funny

I'll bet if these people making the comments were victims such as the parent of a kid that bought his dope, the owner of the stolen money, the owner of the motel or someone that had been robbed by this maggot, they would'nt be feeling sorry for him. they need to bring back the law to allow police to shoot fleeing felons and start filling their azzes with lead because the justice system won't do anything. no sorrow or pitty here.

In response to BEN I think you better back up and look around yes he did do some bad things but the cops are not all in the clear. The dog never HIT on the suspect for ONE!!! And two when police take it into their own hands to beat a suspect then blame it on something else that is wrong they are there to protect! To be honest in sequoyah county I don't trust any of the police and I have never broke the law but you never know if they are going to treat you right or try to show you they can do what ever they want since they have a badge. If this was all done right by the book why is a certain OHP at the DA office every day trying to wave his 20 days? If the cops did their job they would not mind the investigation. I do not agree with the suspect running from the police he should have stopped at the beginning, but that still does not give the right for them to gang up on one person I hope one day when they are down someone kicks the shit out of them.

Well pissed off, I wasn't there to witness what took place when the maggot was arrested but I'm sure he tried to fight just like he always bragged about doing. Still, he didn't get all that he deserved. I don't trust the local cops either and have never been into any trouble but I do know Asher and have heard him run his mouth and know what kind of low life maggot he is

So it is ok for the cops to beat up someone as long as they and several others feel like they are the wrong. I am not saying let the suspect get by with what he did. I just think they should do it in the manner of the oath they took. The police are not the jury and judge and everyone is considered innocent until proven guilty. I think the police should be able to make arrests without the suspects looking like they have been beaten within a inch of their lives. If the police study more things like for example someone with diabities will rank like they are drunk then we would not be having deaths in the prison that could have been prevented. How would they do if they were to fight one on one not a group without a billy club or gun? How would they like it if this was done to someone they know or care about? They don't think about it. The shitty thing about life is though what goes around comes around. Ain't life going to be a bitch when it is either their turn or someone they care about?

A witness? really was there a squirrel hunter in the woods that saw the whole thing? From my understanding there were only cops and Asher....who's the witness....A drunk ol man making some moon shine or what?
