Yes he might have ran after getting out of the car but you still do mot have to beat someone like that for them to stop and you for sure do not have to once the man is CUFFED it just shows how cowardly the cops are and they hide behind the badges!!!!!!!!!
Regardless of how you feel, the point is the cops caught him and he's off the streets for awhile. GITER DONE

Be a law abiding citizen and the cops won't bother you. If you break the law then you get what you deserve.
I have lived here for several years and never once have I had a cop stop me.
Want to know why?
Because I obey the law.

Don't call me stupid & maybe you need to read what I wrote a little more closely. I didn't say he deserved to be BEATEN. BUT I did say that if he hadn't resisted they wouldnt have used force against him. If he had just pulled over & stopped when they first tried to stop him NOTHING would have happened. Also, police are taught when someone is resisting to use whatever force necessary to stop them. AND he was resisting the whole time he was running from the cops, while he was trying to get away before they got the cuffs on him, and was still attempting to get away after the cuffs were on. Sounds like resisting to me. IF he was really truly denied medical treatment for 8 days or whatever & was as seriously injured as you are saying then he would & should have a lawsuit against them. Why doesnt he? And if someone I loved ran from the cops, resisted, and was taken down by the means that were necessary (not anything more)that would be their own fault for resisting.

Well I'm really sorry, but you are just stupid....I don't care if he has a drug problem, doesn't see his kids EVER, and pisses in the middle of main street...NO ONE deserves to be beaten nearly to death by a police officer and then thrown in jail for 8 days without medical treatment. How can you be considered to be resisting when you are in handcuffs...even if he wasn't cuffed how many officers does it take to put some on him, did they have to beat him unconscious to get cuffs on? I've seen exactly what happens..they start hitting the person and the natural instinct is to try to protect yourself from the blows and they call it "resisting". I hope someone you love doesn't run from the cops...think you would be singing a different tune then !!!

IF they really did beat him after he was cuffed & all that like Kendall says... then why isn't he suing their asses off? I know I would. IF that's REALLY what happened. The only people who really know are the ones who were there. Just because some of you are friends with him or whatever doesn't mean that he told you the truth. UNLESS YOU WERE THERE & WITNESSED IT FIRST HAND!!

Oh please, ANYBODY from Sequoyah County knows just how worthless Kendall really is. He deserves everything he gets and more. Lilbit04's comments are actually pretty damn accurate. Argue if you want to but I have known Kendall for years. I hear stories of him bragging of how he fights off the cops and this and that. Doesn't surprise me one bit that he tried it this time. Glad they caught him. I can also tell you FIRST HAND that he has nothing to do with his son's and I can tell you that goes for all of them not just one Lilbito4. He always has and always will put his drugs before everything and everyone else in his life. He is a low life that deserves jail time and lots of it. I have had the displeasure of hearing him run his mouth on numerous occasions. I don't like to be anywhere near that man or anyone that associates themself with him.

GET OUT OF THIS DUMP - I couldn't agree with you more. You said it!

they beat him so bad he's now a retard! thats some funny zhit and deserved every strike. How many lives did he ruin or destroy by giving people his bad dope and how many people did he steal from including his own blood relatives and family?
He's just another habitual criminal out of service but still living and thats a blessing.

I don't know that I would necessarily call it funny that he was beat although I do think he deserved what he got for evading police in the manner in which he chose to do so. I do agree with you on the part about the bad dope and such. He should be grateful he didn't kill anyone when he was speeding through town trying to run from police. If he had lost control and ran over an innocent bystander he would now be facing murder charges instead of the charges he got. Luckily he was the only one who got hurt. Lucky for him, he was only hurt and not killed (like you said).
