The lady was rude! I wanted a 12 oz mocha, but "that's not how we do business" - you can buy a 16 oz or 20 oz mocha, but not 12 oz! I explained that I always get a 12 oz mocha - and they lady wanted to know where - well, EVERYWHERE! I've bought mochas in at least six or seven states in the last few years, and they ALL offer 12 oz. mochas. I wouldn't have had a problem, but she got all snooty and tried making it sound like her coffee was better tasting and better priced than the other place in town (my usual place of business). She tried to tell me that she could make my 12 oz mocha by charging me $1.75 for 2 espresso shots and $3.00 for a hot chocolate (equals $4.75) which would be the equivalent to a 12 oz mocha - but the 16 oz mocha is only $3.90! Lady, I simply don't want so much milk - and you can't put it in a smaller cup and charge a few cents less??? I'll do business with the other coffee shop in town from now on.

4 more oz would have killed you? I would hate to work at the "other" coffee shop in town knowing that you are one your way. Sad to go through life and let stuff like this get you all worked up.
