Car smashes into house, leaves 7-foot hole

A guardrail would be nice, however, the homeowner should pay for it. Common sense would dictate that a house siting, literally, right on a road is gonna get hit sooner or later.

It's an OLD house.
Actually my husband and I looked at the house when it was for sale last...besides being in not the best area - the house is literally crooked! We walked on a slant the entire time we toured it.
We passed the area last night and when we realized that the crooked house had been hit we noted that maybe the insurance company can now straighten it out! Counting our blessings we passed on that one, hope the family fares better in the future. Be thankful there were no injuries!

Considering the Commonwealth most likely took possession of the area right up to the house to make the road, years ago. I believe they SHOULD pay for the guardrails. That comment was just plain stupid.
Thank goodness no one was hurt...this time.
