People have to realize that the side of Scott's property that is getting plowed in doesn't have any parking. The PennDOT trucks can get right up to the curb and they just keep plowing the sidewalk in. It is okay to have rules to clean your sidewalks after a storm, but hard packed snow from the plows is hard to move with anything short of a loader when you get big snows. I do not know the exact solution to the problem because the road is narrow there, but you cannot expect someone to just keep clearing the sidewalk 10 times.
