My Dear Sweet John John...I loved you so dearly ~ We were so close growing up in Rib Mountain and the years we shared growing up as children in the Boruch family. What a wonderful adventure for us! As we all grew, spread our wings and moved on...our families unfortunatley grow apart and lost the closeness we once shared. You were such an amazing boy and young man, I can only imagine that you grew into a exceptional man, husband, father, pilot, soldier and American! I only wish we could have stayed close over the years and share in each others joys and hardships. I was so saddened and devestated when I heard of your passing...My heart is still heavy and tears roll down my face when I think of you! My deepest, truley most heart felt condolences to Uncle Johnny, Aunt Jackie, Jody, Carol, and the children...I am sooo incredibly sorry and cannot begin the phathom the pain that you all must be enduring. May you find the strength within yourselves to remember him for the vibrant, strong and incredible person he was and move forward in your life, to continue to make him proud...He is your guardian angel now! My love and prayers are with you all!
God Bless you my sweet prince...May your light shine as brightly in heaven as it did here on earth! I Love You! Jamie

I met him while I was stationed at Ft. McCoy, WI. We had allot in common (flying, Army, hockey) and became immediate friends.

I only saw him mad once in the time I knew him. A new Specialist doing the EKG's down at Ft. Knox (where we used to go to get our flight physicals) had shaved some patches of hair on his chest to get the EKG to work right. John was livid with her incompetence and came out into the lobby, lifting his PT shirt to show everyone her incompetence....lol.

He wrote me letters of recommendations for jobs I sought. After I PCS'ed, he was always there to talk or go out for a bite to eat when I came to town to visit.

He would stay at our house in Tomah when he was a TPU soldier and drilling. The kids loved him and so did we.

I could write for hours about John. I will never get over the fact he is gone and no one was there to help him. It angers me and sickens me at the same time. I spoke to him a week before his passing. He wished me a Merry Christmas and never mentioned or alluded to any problems whatsoever.

I hope his kids grow to realize how wonderful their dad was. I hope I get the chance to tell them this when they reach adulthood.

Johnny B was my friend and will always be my friend. I will never forget him.

I was a mechanic for John while in Balad, Iraq. John was always very energetic and friendly to everyone around him. A great man, an honorable Soldier, an exemplary human and an excellent pilot. You are not forgotten.

Daily Horoscope for December 16

Scorpio

If you're concerned about finding the cash for what usually turns out be an expensive month, the New Moon is the time to start on a budget or some other financial strategy. Try talking to an expert during the coming fortnight, or simply decide to cut down on your expenses. Don't spend so much on presents this year.
