Mexican national gets 10 years for meth operation

A Mexican national has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for running a multistate methamphetamine operation out of southwest Colorado.

Super speedy WET-BACK La Ratsa member.Good job but i think ten years is a light sentence for running a major operation.And hes young.Ten more would have been mor approriate for a mexican national.They should be adding domestic terorrism charges to foreigners.Because meth is a threat to national security,as much a threat as any current politician.

Have a question, Granted this guy is(was) a bad guy - no problem here. However, Answer me this question. "Our Government and Law Enforcement in general seem to be steering adults away from Marijuana and toward Alcohol, so this makes us safer how?" If "Marijuana" was 'Legal' would not the problem be less and not more?

Too true ,too cool,but the problem is about money.Alcohol isnt that easy to make anyone can grow pot.Hemp will never be legalized because iot would clean up the atmosphere and take away from the petroleum and coitton industries.

First of all - 10 years isn't enough - just shoot the sob. Second, most people don't know, or remember, the hemp was grown during WW11 for our militray. To make a biofule from corn cost more then it is worth. However, Cannabis (Hemp) has 8 times the biomass of corn. It requires no or very little water and no herbisides or furtilizers -it's a weed! There are 1000' of uses for Cannabis - if you don't believe me, just go on line and read "The Emporer Wears No Clother". Anyway, Meth people - shoot 'em, Pot growers - love em, there saving the planet.

ABSOLUTLEY!!!! Yet the life time lasting ropes, the oil, our fabrics, and so much more that can be put out in our world of doom, and straighten it up.And whats the funniest?? That not only do the mass majority use pot, but over 77% of pot users deny it. Like I said a few months ago, Marijuanna WILL BE americas bail out plan, and our medical bail out plan.

Pipes, God love ya, I'd like to think your were right - but ya ain't. There is just too much money in keeping Marijuana "Illegal"...Granted, there has been a lot of easing up, but the Feds..it's still jail time pal. I really believe we could in fact solve a lot of problems, save a lot of time and money, etc. it Marijuana got a fair break.
