If it looks ike you need 2 chairs to hold both butt cheeks while sitting at the Buffet in Pizza Inn, you just might be overweight.Nothing improves my appetite like seeing 56 inch hips squeezed into 22 in chairs.

87% of Americans! That's why school kids should have to have 20mins of physical exercise every day. Physical education should be on the minds of all school Administrators!

Sixty minutes would be a bare minimum. Hell as a kid I used to love being outdoors building treehouses, fishing, playing marbles, sliding down hills in refrigerator boxes, etc. Have kids today forgot how to have fun outdoors?

I believe changing values are necessary and to be expected as society evolves. The current problem is that modern technology has eliminated a lot of physical activity from many lives. Youngsters are happier playing X-Box or texting and whatever else that can be done in the comforts of one's home. Parents bare a certain amount of responsibility to see that their offspring get out that door.
