Yeah, I know that while SCSO was gleefully experiencing the rush of drug bust euphoria, with delusions of grandeur dancing in their heads, real crime was being ignored in Stone County.

why stop this, growing it here instead of mexico saves thousands of lives, and keep money out of the hands of the real big time drug cartel's...growers in here in america should be left alone, it harms nothing, it dosent fund terriorist, it dosent kill people, you cant overdose from it, as long as you can respect the drug, i'v witnessed many people with my own eyes, live happy sucessfull lives while smoking marijuana for 20+ years....the people are threw listening to anti drug speeches about marijuana from the goverment..

National Guard and State Police found the grow on a fly over. They should get a little credit. They did help a little.

If we're to believe that story. Cops lie all the time, whether it's to make themselves look good, or cover their asses, or put people in jail. Anyhow, given credit for what, being a waste of taxpayer dollars?

FYI, those looked like shitty plants. No 2,000 dollar plants. Not even $.50/plants. Besides, if the plants were estimated at the millions mark, couldn't they be seized and used for other puposes besided "burning". Maybe fuel. Anyways 30,000 plants is alot to tend to so while props are given, I agree to not be greedy. How about 30 plants instead? That's more on the personal level. I am signed on for the petition, but I disagree with it. Cannabis should be full blown untouched by the law. People should be allowed to grow for whatever purposes they may have. The people may have ailments that the plant cures, they may have financial troubles (partly because of the gov) and the plant offers them a source of income to feed their youngins. Or, ya know, maybe they just want to get high.

Did ya'll ever stop to think that there would be no "War on Drugs" if all the illegal drugs were made readily available over the counter? Who cares if the true "heads" toked, swallowed, snorted, or shot themselves with too much and OD'd, that just thins out the herd. The only thing the "War" does is stop people who truly NEED the decent drugs from getting them when they should. I say make everything legal, even if the govt puts taxes on it, at least that way what is needed is always available and nobody goes to jail for any of it. That's really the only solution.
The funny thing is, I'm not even a user of anything, I just see an alternative to stupidity and a lot of wasted money and lives.
