After moving to Mtn Ranch 4 yrs ago I've been unable to buy Home Owner Ins.
The USA Land that surrounds 2/3's of our property.
Unfortunately, The USA Land of great concern is TOO close to our home. Our INS Agent did alot of seaching and found No Ins Company willing to sell us the ins, I was told even if they "Would" it would be so expensive I'd never be able to afford it.
We are seniors, because of serious health problems
we both had to take early retirement and too young to get SS.

What's one to do?
Should we loose our home we could never build nor buy another.

Try Mark Twain Insurance in Angels Camp. I have cabin outside Murphys and initially couldn't find insurance. I did get a policy thru Mark Twain Insurance

Daily Horoscope for January 4

Sagittarius

Tension and worry loom large at various times during the day, but it's nothing that will overwhelm you. If you can manage to keep a cool head, your nerves in check and think things through logically, you'll have a relatively smooth day. Children are a source of joy at the moment.
