Sorry, Captain obvious, William Jefferson Clinton WAS the second President in the history of The United States to be impeached. Imeach means to bring an accusation against or to charge with a crime or misdemeanor; specifically to charge a public official before a competent tribunal with misconduct in office. The result of Clinton's impeachment was censure. KWO is right.

Clinton was impeached by the House of Representatives. He was tried in the Senate and found not guilty of the charges brought against him.

I find it amazing that people have a problem with drug testing. Playing sports is a privlige not a right. With priviliges comes responsibility. They just dont hand you a drivers license without a test. If you want to ensure a level playing field in a competition, testing will help deter and thus increase the odds of people not cheating. Besides its against the law.

First of all, CLINTON WAS THE MAN!

Now to get back to the topic at hand, Steroid Testing in Highschool sports. I took steroids at a young age, 16 all the way up through age 25. I truly feel they helped me gain a college scholarship to BYU. I was scouted by many universities for highschool football. The thing is, I know that soon I will begin to notice the side effects of using these drugs. I still work out daily, though without the use of steroids. My opinion is that no one should use them. I know thats hypocritical for me to say, but they do harm to a persons body, long term harm.

Do I think testing is necessary in highschools, no. I think its a waste of taxpayers money. I think that money could be spent on more important things than on testing. If anything, the parents should pay for testing if they want their children to participate in school sports. If they dont want to pay, the kids cant play, period! Dont waste my tax money on steroid testing. Spend it on extra-curricular activities for the teens and children in schools.

Hay "Captin Idiot", Presient Clinton has been out of office for 6 f&%#ing years already, get over it, why don't you talk about the current Idiot thats in office.

About drug testing, it is another way of saying "we don't trust you kids." Why test anyway? Then what happens if a kid is found taking roids? Isn't money better spent on education about seroid use and prevention.

Taxes are high enough already, back in the 80's the same matters came up with the testing and all then later they abondoned it, so why start again.

I think it's sad that almost every entry on this topic contains misspelled words, run-on sentences and bad grammar... what's going on with education? Maybe high school students are turning to steroids because they can't read & write correctly: "privlige"? "highschool"? "abondoned"?

If this does pass, and steroid testing is enforced, my school's entire varsity squad is screwed! The more I think about it, the more depressed I get. We all need help.
