Trust me, you do not want the elderly woman that works there as your landlord. She is incredibly nice when showing you properties but once you sign a lease her attitude does a total 180. If you have a problem with your rental or a maintenance issue you'll be waiting for quite a while before anyone is sent to fix it (That is if anyone comes at all). Oh, and most of the time when someone finally shows the problem is seldom fixed. This person also claims to be military friendly when it comes to lease agreements but that isn't true. If she can scheme or intimidate you into keeping your lease (although you have orders)she will! Do yourself a favor and find yourself a better agency.
