Ask about the contractor on topix. We don't have an angies list. I can tell you about a few horror stories. Isaiah Jeffries paving . If you would like pics ask. 24,000.00 lost. This is not slander because , the worth less lawer that defended us to protect him said say anything you like as long as it is true. BE CAREFULL PEOPLE. This is what happened to a good friend of mine in calico rock. The drive way was shot to hell within ONE week. OH and yeah Isaiah Jeffreys sr.not to confuse identity.

Isaiah Jeffrey Paving is also number one on my list, he ripped me off for tens of thousands of dollars. In Calico Rock watch out for Larry Levin,$500.00 for a pathetic preliminary set of plans that would never be plausible and another $350.00 to change the house plans and more fore blueprints. Larry Levins does not return calls after he gets checks.

John Woodall Masonry is also a flake, a man that makes promises that he will not keep. John promised to clean up a demolition site in downtown Calico Rock as long as he could salvage the block from the razed building, instead of hauling the debris off to a dump site John shoved it onto the neighboring properties and left it there. The property owners had to clean up the mess which cost them hundreds of dollars to remove.

The Ebay Store in Calico Rock promised that Lynna would meet us on our property at noon to photograph the items that we wished to sell. 2 hours later, no show. At 2 pm we called them back and they asked for our number to reschedule, a month later not a word from the Ebay Store in Calico Rock, I gave up. I guess they forget listing the Kubota tractor that I wanted to list through them.

By the way, don't even try to give anything worth while away to people here in Calico Rock such as new born chickens, brand new furniture, free food or anything else that has value unless you are willing to pack it up and deliver it to them. The locals here in this grand city are all too lazy to come and get it themselves, they all expect you to store it for them until it fits their schedule between welfare checks, until they really need it.

Donald Marler in Mtn. Home is one of the best! Very honest and spectacular work! Usually cheaper than any other bids. All around great guy!

Have any of you tried Terry Cormicin from Twin Lakes Woodworks? He does real nice work and he is a great person.
