Recently at Mt Home Soccer Compex. Water main I was told being put in to supply bathrooms. I'm told no plan installing sewer system so my friends and I can bring our RV's and make weekend at Soccer Complex. Your Soccer Complex is nice. My circle of friends willing to rent RV pads for watching Grandkids play soccer and do fishing in pond.
Might even spent little extra time to rent boat and hire fishing guide while kids play at park. It would be a lot safer for our kids if we stay at complex than making trips from hotel for games. Looks to me there is room in that field for several RV pads.

Though it would be nice for the Soccer Association to be able to rent RV pads during Soccer Tourneys, the cost of putting those pads in and the cost to run city sewer to them is not feasible. The nearest sewer to the complex is several miles down the road. I understand that there would be a need for a lift station and a pumping station to make it work. It would not pay for itself in my childrens lifetime.

I drive delivery truck passing sewage treatment plant on Hicks Road or whatever name it is, not really too far from Soccer Field. Maybe Not in the plans has clue on how close sewage treatment is. Wish you luck Soccer Mom, think RV's at park will bring me more business.

Thanks for u'r input Dapper Dan. I looked up location of sewage tratment plant and noticed it looks downhill from Soccer Complex. I'm not an engineer like Not in the plans maybe. I don't know about lift stations but crap suns down hill so may not need a lot of lifting.

Taking it straight from the Complex to the Sewer treatment plant on Hicks road seems like an easy task, and it might be, but a sewer improvement district would have to be formed and all the residents between the two points would have to agree to a special assessment to pay for it. And I doubt there are enough house out that way to make it worth the effort. And from what I have been told, all of those home and farm owners would have to agree to be annexed into the City. So, that would leave an option of connecting to the Carlisle Highlands sewer line. Which would involve lift stations, pumps and several easements and some annexation. Trust me I have looked into this before.

5 minutes to closest hotel and even fewer to camping???Seriously no need for RV pads many other things needed in the park first.
