pine lane is by far the worst nursing home to work for in this area! You will work 15 16 days without a day off when you are promised 4 on 2 off and they always work way under staffed and you will have 50 people to take care of by your self

They are ALWAYS understaffed. 1 CNA per hall is normal, 2 CNAs for the entire building on 3rd shift.. Their employees suck, along with the attitudes of nearly every staff member. They are the worst nursing home I have ever worked for. You will definitely be over worked, under payed, and under appreciated. They have unrealistic expectations. 1 CNA on a hall of 22 women... yeah get everyone of them up, dressed, toileted, and in the dining room for breakfast by yourself. They keep a constant ad in the newspaper hiring because they can't keep employees. CNAs refuse to take care of certain people on their halls. Their standard of care is low. I wouldn't let them baby-sit my dog while I went on vacation.

while some of you complain about working conditions etc. look at ALL nursing homes. they are all under staffed. there are some wonderful people at pinelane and they would give you the shirt off their backs. I have worked there with two people at night and got up everyone in the building. dont complain about theie lack of care if you aren't going to give 100% under any circumstances.

I know Good Samaritan is a great place to work at, we have some great staff on 1st and 2nd and 3rd shift.. I believe there hiring right now for 2nd shift also go online and fill out an app.. But if your lazy and don't wanna work don't apply please.. Just sayin' We like good help that is what makes it a good team also.. It's a Great fun environment and we are pretty much staffed to states requirements. You get great benefits, PTO and if you work a holiday you get double and a half pay.. WIN! Lol
