How this business and family could not win a court case against the FNBC is beyond belief. I have known this family since they arrived and it was blatantly wrong for the ruling to be as it was. That Bank misplaced 5 documents, They all admitted that the line of credit offer wa a valid document and they filed on this guys credit report to bully him into failure. NONE of this was addressed by the judge Also he never even addressed that this family were homeless for 5 weeks because his credit report prevented him from renting and 2 real estate offices charged him and then stated they could not rent a house because his credit score... Even though he told them they still took his money. Imagine what this has caused to him mentally with such a large family and NONE of this was addressed. The guy was about to rent rooms in a hotel in this town until i stepped in and would not hear of them dooing that. This towns justice is wrong and when this gets viral i hope they get what they deserve and The feds see what this bank has cost this family. Go Dave dont give up we know the appeal will go well...IT WILL BE OUT OF THIS TOWNS HANDS....

The more I hear about what has happened to this family, the more my blood boils! I'm still shocked that the bank got away with all the things they did to this family and their business, and then to find out that they wrongly filed on their credit report as well....I ask why? To make sure that they couldn't get credit from anywhere? To make sure they couldn't take care of their children? To make sure their business failed? Or to make sure they went back to UK so the bank would not have to answer for their terrible behavior and would be free to do the same to someone else! I hope more than ever that this family continues fighting and that their appeal is successful. Maybe then banks will think twice before ripping people off. Please check out this guys website ( almovi.com ). Read the judges ruling and then tell me that something isn't wrong....

This is going to haunt those who are guilty of what they have done.....Yes FNBC YOU. your staff, your crooked lies and cheating ways. YOU are guilty of destroying a families hopes and dreams. You should have fessed up from the start instead of hiding away and covering up what 1 member of your staff had done. He is guilty of cheating this family of a life here and YOU know it...I hope he gets the table turned on him.. lose his house, job, dignity.if he has any left that is.. You might think its gonna go away but oh no..you will, one way or another! be held responsible..

I don't think the problem is being American, I think the problem is being a part of the FNBC! They are the ones we should be ashamed of....and maybe the judge too. After reading his ruling on Almovis website, I would be ashamed to be him. I don't know how any of them sleep knowing what they have done to this business and family. The scary part is, who else have they screwed?
