If they were doing it for you, it is obvious you think they should do it for free.

If you think about it they are, you can use your food stamps at Walmart, and use your Supplemental Security Income to buy yourself a big ole super sized Happy Meal.

Its real simple, they should paid enough to at at least meet with inflation.

Normalized to 1979, the top 1% have seen their share of America's income more than double. The bottom 90% have seen their portion shrink.

The rich cannot keep taking more out than they put into the economy.

Its just as simple as that the oligarchy is killing the Goose who laid the golden egg.

How much do you think they should make?

THE POINT IS.
How is someone whose wages are below the poverty line going to have the money to buy stock.
You dont have a point! you are just making lame excuses. Below the poverty line is just some number the goverment throws out to label & class folks. Whether your in poverty or wealthy is up to each individual to decide for themselves. You save money By doing without. Less mcdonalds grow a garden hunt & fish for a part of your food. Instead of hiring thing,s done do them yourself. One example I wont buy newer vehicles & equiptment because I cant fix them myself. The newest vehicle I own is a 84 4 cyl mini truck,It cost $150 from the state of Arkansas govt surplus auction. It inly needed a fuel pump & battery. There are so called poor folks who save a little seed money and buy the Arkansas goverment surplus a a bargain. The resell it at the scrap yards- on ebay- at flea markets & yard sales etc. And they reinvest the profit and are having great fun doing so. You should Save up to purchase desired items instead of buying on credit and paying interest. I found many times by the time I saved the money to buy a item I decided I liked the money more than the item. If you have the desire to save you can. no one will miss 10% of their income if they take that portion out first. Ive worked mostly low wage jobs all my life. In now worth over a half mil. and that is not just on paper. I could sell at auction on a poor day and net over a half million in one day.

Praise the oligarchy as the good Samaritan of this capitalistic economy.

Look at the wealth divide in this country, the majority of it owned by a very few it mimics socialism.

Do you think everyone across the US should be paid the same for the same job regardless of location? Sounds like a labor union.

If that be case let them all match ND Walmart $17.00 a hour. If that Walmart pays that why not all Wally worlds then?

OH yeah, start at that.

Does that answer your question?

Raise the minium wage to $20 per hour and inflation would eat it up very quickly. No buisness can pay any great amount more for their menial unskilled labor cost than their competitor does. You hire the best help you can at the cheapest rate you can. If you dont you wont be in buisness very long.I dont hire help. I use licenced contractors and take bids. They gotta be licensed & bonded and have a sales tax and EIFN number before they can bid on any work I farm out.

They pay $17 in N dakota because there is a oil boom going on there. Wages in N dakota are high at this time. You pay a much or as little for hired help a the market will bear. Hired help is a tool to get a job done. you pay no more than the cost of labor than your competition does. Nobody had a gun at their head forcing them to work at any place at any wage.

For some people "Less McDonalds" is not an option.

Buying fishing equipment, guns, shells, bait, license, gas to get there, a place to grow a garden, is not an option.

Just because you do not agree, or understand, my point indeed does exist.

Thank you any way, but I am well aware of what is going on in ND.

If you had been paying attention to the conversation you entered you would have known that $17.00 a hr. stuff @ Wally World in ND was only repeating what someone else posted.

Yes I probably am worth much much more than a half million. and that I why I stated on a poor day I could net a half million. We havent had any apprasial or net worth statements done in a couple of decades. We are debt free & self inshured so we dont have to do inventory ect. We just pay taxes on the profit. My reason for stating my worth is as a example of if I can prosper anyone can. The most I ever earned was $20 per hour. I started out at $1per hr and saved half of that.I worked after school and satur days at a auto salvage yard. I could buy cars for $35 to $50 I would drive one and sell it to another school kid for about $25 more than I had in it. By the time I was twenty I had owned over 100 car& trucks. The first bulldozer I ran I worked for free just to get the chance to learn how. That experience allowed me to get a job running dozer that paid $3.10 per hour. Then My dad & grampaw bought two dozers and I worked for them for $2.00 per hour. I think many dont want to prosper because they like the comfort zone of the goverment handouts like food stamps etc.

Perhaps other lower paid Walmart workers should move to nd if they want more pay.
They don't they just expect to be given more without having to do anything!!!
