Team Respect soon to be known as Team Defunct... Not enough customers in that area to keep the lights on 24 hours... 3 months tops that it stays 24 hours, 9 months tops closed for good....

I would love to work out there but they don't offer any child care hours so I am forced to stick it out at the Y. I hope they continue to be successful and if they ever start offering child care I will be getting a membership.

What, its not that I know their finances, I just know how much it costs to run a business 24 hrs a day, and for that type of business, their is just not enough clientele to make it float long on its own without any extra cash infusion.

I think it's a great idea. Staying open 24/7 will give many people with hectic schedules a chance to workout. And I could swear I'm nocturnal so it's perfect for me. I think a lot of people will benefit from this.

That would be great to have a clean and up to date place to work out. The 24/7 gym in Mtn Grove would do good and weed out the people who are just taken up space in the gym.

The City of MG could help, we have the cash!

Yes, thats exactly what MG needs to do... Lets invest in another losing business at tax payers expense for a handful of people. No private gym is going to close the Y or even be able to compete in small towns like MG. Most of the Y members are paid by government grants, very few pay an actual membership to go there. So few actually pay for their own memberships, that the only reason the Y stays open is because of grant money. Its just another waste of tax payer money not just in MG, but every where.

How sad you feel this way about the Y. It serves more areas than just working out.
Sad is how much the taxpayers are digging out off there ass so welfare bums and disability frauds can workout and get free daycare. We need to go back to the days when if you can't afford it you don't frigging get it or do it!
