Yes! Color coordination is a must! One of my girlfriends carries a "soft pink revolver" with her at all times.......... she loves pink!

Maybe, they just want to make sure that they have extras...you know, in case they "lose" one or two!

A felon can't get gun permits, or so I've heard. If this is true, the murderer was breaking the law by having all those weapons, right?

Tennessee, unlike hellholes like New York, New Jersey, California, doesn't have gun registration.

Tennessee doesn't have gun permits. But you're right in that federal law prohibits felons from possessing firearms, whether 1 or 80.

Oh, I didn't know that federal law also prohibits _rumored_ felons from possessing firearms. Wonder how I missed that.

He was charged with misdemeanor wearing false medals and changing his discharge records. That should have counted as a felony, but he faked his way through federal court back in 2003 or 2004. He should have been locked up back then! Can you imagine someone like him talking to kids about being a Hero in Vietnam? And it being all lies.

YEAH! Only politicians, teachers and their own parents should be allowed to lie to children!

Not according to one of the Articles. It stated that the Authorities (I think the Sheriff , to be exact) said, in quotes, that neither one of the Suspects had any previous record...other than the Cousin had gotten a ticket from the Sheriff, at some point in time.
So, if the Article is correct, quoting the Sheriff, neither one of them has a prior Criminal record & they are not Felons.

Only a "Felony" Charge and Conviction makes you a Felon. A "Misdemeanor" is a much less serious Charge. They are two separate things.

If a firearm is purchased new or a used one from a licensed dealer it has to be regestered if it's a private transaction it doesn't have to be but still can be if you want.
