Convince me you know what you are asking about and not simply stringing words together and maybe I'll humor you with an answer.
Well, according to the Road Stupidintendent, there is no need for an LA "testing machine" as you call it for someone in Johnson County. However, DOT conducts LA testing.
Now I know that some of the tests above are related to ASTM C127, C88, C131 and C142 as well. I am sure an organization as thorough as yours has all of the lab tests done in case any stupid hick like me asks.
So how's the permit coming?:)
