Does anyone know who the man is that they are searching for down Laurel on Gentry's Creek Rd. They have called in the helicopter to help search for him. He went for a walk at 3:30 PM and didn't come back. He has dementia.

If we had an automated emergency call system in the co., landlines could receive "amber-alert" type messages. Like the description and details of the missing and a message like "Please check your property and outbuildings for an elderly man who wandered away at...."
The temperature now is only 63 degrees, but the rain is approaching and expected low of 47 degrees.

Who lets their loved one with dementia go for a walk alone? I hope they found the poor soul and put his keeper in jail!

Wow, I'm glad you're not God!

(Just for Idiot's sake- they probably didn't LET him, did it occur to you that he may have wondered off? Maybe they had to take a dump, and Gramps decided he wanted to roam)

I see why I left this place.

Harry takes walks every single day of his life and always stays on the road. You cant take everything away from People just because they have problems. For you to be talking trash abot the Family (WHO YOU DONT KNOW!)His Wife is a very good Women who takes good care of her Husband and goes through alot with Him. So look at yourself Sara before you JUDGE People. That to me is one of the worse traits a Person can have. So please do not make this out to be somthen its not. Anybody could walk thru the Woods and get hurt you,me anyone. People need to be praying for the loving Family not JUDGE them.

We do have a system because I have received automated voice mail weather alerts when we had all those tornadoes.

The people of this community have a church on every corner, profess to be Christian. Of course the first thing I read is passing judgement on someone they do not know. This family needs concern and prayer. Not immature idiots making idiotic remarks. May this poor man be found safe and his wife find comfort.
Thanks
