Means they stored them in the outhouse so they could burn the house down and collect insurance money. Now before everyone gets all hostile, I just answered "what does it mean" not that, that was what happened.

From what I gather they were at home at the time the fire started and was able to get the gifts and some personal items out before the fire got too bad.I have not heard how the fire started, but I do know that if it is electrical they would be able to do that cause an electrical fire will burn slow at the start. If that was the case they should have thought to shut the breaker down and that would have slowed the fire down but that is no sign it would have saved the house. You all know they say the Lord works in Mysterious ways and everything that is done there is a reason for it we might just not understand but it all seems to work out in the end.Just glad the family is alright and safe there will be more Christmas's if the Lord is willing and just be thankfull for what we got.

Where the crap would you put the Santa gifts with that many kids in the house? Some people are always ready to see the worst in people...why would loving parents do that to their children 2 days befor Christmas. Get a life why don't you!

You are right and what I was saying is sometimes people are able to get out things before the fire is too bad. When there is nothing eles they can do what do these people execpt them to just stand there and watch it burn, that is just not in the human race and you are right people do hide SANTA Gifts in all different places to children out of them also some people have extra trees in their storage buildings that they had in years past and decided to put up a new one instead of using the old.

I'd like to know where you're getting information. I know the family and the house wasn't in foreclosure. Losing a home to fire carries with it grief, shock, hopelessness and heartbreak. I had a car stolen one time and my feelings were like I had been raped. I can't imagine having a home 'stolen' from me. Get a life and quit starting rumors.

Well now, I have been looking at home foreclosures. They're available by state, then Zip code, very easy to find if you know how to use Google.

First off - the house was NOT in foreclosure. Secondly - who keeps a Christmas tree in the building? Duh! The tree was in the house, along with a few gifts underneath. No one was home. They came home to it burning. Yes, everything was lost. EVERYTHING!!! Alot of their gifts came from family members and people in the community who donated. A big thank you goes out to those people from the Lunceford family. Please continue to pray for them.
