I don't believe that she did not scream to the top of her voice. If anyone heard a scream then a pow then they should have called the JCSD.There surely must have been two intruders to take care of them at the same time unless she was trying to hide.

She might not have screamed if they told her that if she did, they would shoot her & then, shot her anyway without warning.

Or they could have told her they would kill the Baby if she screamed. I wonder if he was screaming & they told her if she didn't shut him up, they would shoot him & that's why she was holding him, trying to quiet him & protect him.
Babies, at that age, can sense & feel when something is wrong with their Parents & they can sense their Parents' fear, especially their Mother's. They don't understand what's happening, but they sense that something is very wrong & the first thing they do is start screaming , at the top of their lungs because that's the way they express their upset & fearful feelings.

<quoted text>You definitely are a candidate for the Prozac Nation. How do you know you were freaking out about the Gorillas? You were 8 MONTHS OLD! Maybe you were freaking out cause you just unloaded a 2 foot log in your pampers, or maybe you were having an out of body extraterrestrial experience and were being prodded by Zoltar from the planet Xanax.
Let me explain to the ones that are not reading correctly.. I was 12 years old and dreamed about Gorilla's .. My mother finally told me then that I freaked out at 8 months about Gorilla's.. Its called a repressed memory.. You cant communicate with a 8 month old its later in life when something significant happens that you have memories or nightmares is what I was trying to say..

Ther is great doubt, among the Experts, as to whether there really is such a thing as "Repressed Memory". Most of them think it is more likely due to "suggestability" & being easily influenced by others, than an actual thing.

Was anybody home at your house the day & time that this happened. If so, did you not hear the gun shots or did you hear them , but not think anything about it?
I say that because I live inside the City Limits where shooting guns is illegal, but I hear them quite alot because we have deer not far away I think some of them are People shooting deer for food. They have increased since the bad economy hit & now, most of the time, nobody even bothers to call the Police when we hear the gun shots, not even when they sound like handguns. That may be a mistake, but when People used to call the Police, they never saw anything when they responded. So, there's not alot they can do, anyway.
I'm saying all of this because I don't want you to think I'm blaming you in any way, if you did hear the gun shots. I'm just wondering if you did & what the Killers did to keep the gunshots from being heard by the neighbors.
If the neighbors were close makes me wonder if a silencer was used or not.. Or was there some distance between the homes.. And I didn't realize they cut his throat, that makes me think it was personal or even over kill..

As of for him communicating.. The sound of a jingle like keys.. Or the color of a baseball hat to see if he responds.. Or a smell he may show fear or cry if they find the right thing.. I know it sounds wierd, but babies do communicate in they're own way.. Even if they show him pictures he might have a reaction.. Even if he don't remember later, he might show emotion now.. Just a perhaps chance..

No, we did not hear any gunshots, neither did any other neighbors, it is quite possible there could have been a silencer on their weapon, as you would think gunshots would be heard by someone, but there is a cinderblock building between our homes and it would muffle sounds, my hearing isnt the best anyway.i just pray they catch whoever is responsible for this heineous crime. In my forty eight years, its the worst ive ever seen. Whoever did this isnt human, but a scum sucking animal who belongs in a riverbed bottom being fed on by catfish.......

POTTER PLED GUILTY TO THE INDICTMENT ON SEPT 17, 2004. The judge reportedly sentenced Potter to 6 Months Probation, Forfeiture of all Unauthorized medals & awards, A letter was to be written to the President of Vietnam Veterans of America (unknown if National or Local Chapter), and a $500.00 fine to be paid in full during the probation period. Judge Smith felt that "this sentence was appropriate considering the health and financial condition of the Defendant..." {"He walked hunched over, grimacing in pain, with the aide of a cane; rolling a portable oxygen bottle in front of him."

COULD THIS BE THE SAME SUBJECT ARRESTED??????????

I can't believe how low the Bond is for two People charged with First Degree Murder, of two People!! Often, Bond isn't even set for that Charge! Incredible!
And yes, it looks like the same Man to me, also.
