Pelham Passengers Approve of Quiet Train Cars

This is a good sign that the MTA is responsive to the needs of commuters from Westchester and Mount Vernon. Considering how many people live in Mount Vernon, this has to be taken as a positive development that will help to improve the quality of life of many.
