If he thinks Mexico is so much better he should go live there instead of here. Mexico is a very corrupt country. The United States has provided you with your way of living and now you are saying the United States was wrong in taking over the land. Maybe we should have kept the Stars and Stripes flying over Mexico city as well. We could put to use the resources that Mexico has. Mexico does not have a clue what to do with all the resources they have. They don't even know how to treat their own people. Mr. Garcia, go back to Mexico. We would do better without your way of thinking.

We can solve the Illegal Immigrant problem....if we get off our "cans" and let our Elected Representatives and Senators KNOW that we are Sick and Tired of this Problem and the Drain on our Taxes!
STEPS TO SOLVE THE ILLEGAL PROBLEM:
1. Businesses who hire illegals should have harsh penalties, and if they continue to do so their companies should be seized and auctioned off and owners jailed.
2. Heavily tax wire transfers to foreign countries (30%)
3. No child born of illegal aliens in the USA should be a citizen, they should adopt the citizenship of the mother.
4. End all social service except emergency for illegal aliens.
5. Offer FREE rides to the border.
6. No Amnesty
7. Fix our borders
Our country is still worth defending.
Now what would happen to our economy if all the illegal aliens were gone?
Property taxes could go down because we would not have to keep building new schools because of over crowding.
Our children might get a better education because teachers would have more time with them.
Americans may be able to find jobs if they are not required to speak a foreign language to get one.
Health care may improve and health insurance premiums might go down because hospitals would not be required to treat illegal aliens who don't pay for treatment.
Uninsured motorist premiums might go down because there would be fewer claims of illegals who have caused accidents and have no insurance.
Medicare and Social Security may even begin to rebound because Americans who find jobs for fair wages will be paying taxes.
Diseases like tuberculosis might again be eradicated in the USA.
Taxes used for building new jails to house criminals could go down since many of the criminals would be deported and new ones would not be entering the country because they would have to have a criminal background check.
Immigrants belong in this country, illegal aliens do not.

Folks I really find no enjoyment in spending hours researching papers and talking to law enforcement ..But Please take this serious before it becomes a northern problem as it has in the border states for us..This is what we see daily ..It is not rare..These people spend our money and then refuse to even speak the language of our country..Well if we stop paying they will go to where they do..Crops are rotting in the fields, that they claim they come here to work ..But they still live better than we do and we are paying their rent, food, housing, medical, scho oling, and now Bush says we have to pay for their college..Well who in the hell does he think he is ? He forces us to give better care to ILLEGALS than we can afford our own families..I think we as AMERICANS should have a say as to where our tax money is spent..The sack of crap says we can not get a raise..But he and all of his Congress are on OUR WELFARE SYSTEM..And then he has the frigging nerve to tell us we have to bring in people from other countries and take beter care of them than we can afford to take care of our own children? Do you realise that we have 12 million of them here already? And that is just the Mexicans that are Illegal..We pay up to $15.oo dollars for one can of formula for the infants,Well figure that by about 25 million times.because the mexicans here legally are still after forty years still on Welfare. That is just for ONE CAN OF FORMULA..So how much of our tax dollars are feeding MEXICANS ..We owe them NOTHING..They have killed more of our people that all of IRAQ ..So WAKE UP AND SMELL THE SMOKE BUSH IS BLOWING...

After evading arrest for almost three years, Hector Soto was arrested on April 24, 2006 by Border Patrol agents in Brownsville, Texas. At today's re-arraignment hearing, Hector Soto was convicted for harboring aliens in a safe house apartment in the Houston area.
"The Soto Brothers case shows the importance of cooperation between law enforcement agencies in bringing traffickers to justice and helping rescue and restore their victims," stated Assistant Attorney General Wan J. Kim for the Civil Rights Division. "Stopping the traffickers who prey on some of the most vulnerable members of society is a priority for the Justice Department. We are committed to prosecuting those involved in the systematic abuse and degradation of others."
"Today's conviction should send a strong message: our efforts to see justice served will continue until all those charged for engaging in human trafficking are in custody, no matter how long that may take," said U.S. Attorney Don DeGabrielle.
Hector Soto's brothers, Juan Carlos Soto, 31, and Armando Soto-Huarto, 24, and another co-defendant, Martin Cortez- Gutierrez, 29, all pleaded guilty in August 2003 to charges of involuntary servitude and human trafficking offenses. In a joint disposition with the Hidalgo County District Attorney's Office, Juan Carlos Soto and Martin Cortez-Gutierrez also pled guilty to State rape charges for their actions against the women. Four other members of the conspiracy each pled guilty during the summer of 2003 to alien smuggling and related charges.
At his re-arraignment hearing, Juan Carlos Soto admitted to running a human smuggling operation, holding women from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador against their will, raping several of the women and forcing them to do work without pay. His brother, Armando Soto-Huarto, helped lead the smuggling organization and acknowledged not only his role in holding women against their will until their smuggling fees were repaid by their families or through compelled service to the organization, but also to knowing of the ongoing rapes. Co-defendant Martin Cortez-Gutierrez admitted to participating in the Soto brothers' smuggling operation and to holding a young Salvadoran woman in a condition of compelled service and to raping her.

That is the key to a sound immigration solution - getting our fatass politicians OFF THEIR ASSES and doing something about it. All of our politicians (from Bush on down) have failed us miserably on immigration and the oil crisis.
The public needs to make itself heard.

All these people who hate America should go and move to another country. We are happy here if you are not leave.

Illegals should be treated as armed criminals with the attempt of doing us bodily harm and/or stealing from us.

If you disagree ask that Rancher's family in Texas, ask the folks in AZ and in all the border states. I grew up in Southern California and yes the illegal problem was huge there back then.

Illegals would be picked up by INS one night, shipped back to Mexico and the next day he was back at work. Never missed a minute.

I agree with this also. We do need to help who is here first though. But I think we need to start drug testing those on welfare and investigate people more that are on welfare and there should be a limit to how long people can be on welfare. It should be temporary. This sounds ridiculous and wrong!!
