He is an outstanding attorney with a superb rapport base established to leverage to your defense however, he is an attorney not a charity organization. " his advice is his stock." Like all systems in our great democracy it takes money to spin the wheels. Somethings can be achieved for a nominal fee, while somethings cannot. In simple terms you get what you pay for. I have always been represented well by his firm and for a fair price.

He handled my divorce and did a fine job and I'm not female. I've never had the occasion for him to get me off of something I'm guilty of though so I can't say on that end.

Man, did you hit THAT nail on the head!!!!!!!!!! I'd be afraid to even walk in the court room with him UNLESS the other side wasn't represented AT ALL, on certain type cases I'd still worry.

i had him for a lawyer... i would have been better off going alone. he didn't do a thing. sorry lawyer wouldn't say anything & let the other party say things about me that wasn't true & almost got me put in jail for defending myself. thats why hes cheap!!! you pay for what get.

He didn't write it. I did and my name if posted as well. Heis agreat attorney, in my opinion. He often represents people that can't afford to pay for his time, because he feels obligated to assist perhaps due to relation or family ties. The problem is that he must also do thetiomgs that pays his bills. So. The none or low paying customers maynot get the attention they feel they deserve but they are already getting more than they paid for. So my advice is that if you cannot afford to pay for independent legal representation properly and adequately seek a court appointed attorney that gets paid by the state to represent you, because when the calender gets full who do you think is going to get the priority, simple supply and demand people. I Venture to say that the unpleasant cunsumers of this firm either had a locked right case with hardened evidence that could not be disputed or they payed little to nothing and expected a firms full dedication good luck and stay out of trouble trust me it is cheaper lol

if the firm cant provide an adequate defense then they shouldnt have taken the cases. the firm sets the price and i believe somewhere in the oath they pledge to do the best they can for all clients (not word for word but a summary of that part of the oath) what fred is saying is they take your money knowing full well they dont have the time and energy to dedicate to the case. that would appear to be a dereliction of duty before the case even started.

The truth is, he is not God! So thereforth he cannot perform miracles! I had to have a lawyer one time, so i hired him. I was well pleased with the outcome. That has been yeard ago and should there ever be a time that i may need one again, i would hire him. There is always people who don't like people. That don't mean just because you had a bad expierence that he is'nt a good lawyer. Like i said earlier HE ISN'T GOD!!! He can't perform miracles.

Often the case could be assumed with an initial price than as it developed it will require more time and resources which equates to money, so I think that this is when my previous entry comes into effect not the premise that he assumes cases knowing that he does not have the man power to fulfill the requirement, but that as it becomes mor cost intensive some clients maynot be able to produce the adequate revenue to retain his legal services for exetended case such as a fedral indietment. Long story short good legal service can get expensive depending on the allegations and the mean income for a family in rockcastle county isaround 24000 so how many people do you think can afford extended legal representation from a private practice and I agree he is not a miracle worker.

must be several who can afford legal representation based on the number of lawyers Rockcastle has and the lifestyles they lead
