Nuisance vicious dog keeps coming into my yard

[Need info]

Whom do I need to call to report a dog that keeps coming into my yard and attacking my dog and my neighbors dog? It's a German Shepherd that belongs to my other neighbor. If I hadn't been home he would have more than likely killed my dog. The dog has also growled at my grandmother who lives next to me. I have children who like to play outside but I'm afraid for them. This neighbor has been warned repeatedly about this dog and it's behavior but it continues to run free and terrorize people and other animals. What can I do? People have even threatened to shot the dog but still the owner does nothing. I'm fed up with this dog and need help. Thanks.

you know what? animals are wonderfull but i love people more. especially my family, friends and kids. im sick of people who do not watch their dogs. there are some people who live off freedom school rd. belive its called pine tree view or something, anyway they have 5 or 6 little dogs running around screwing having more pups and shitting in any yard they want to. so if you wanna save some dogs animal lovers get your asses on over there and save them cause i can really see how someone would want to kill them . seriously. its so damm aggravating i dont care what happens to them just so they are out of everyone elses yard including my daughters.

All the comments are the result of uninformed, uneducated, and non-caring people. There are a few exceptions also and they shine by their own light.

The bad 'stuff' will continue in Rockcastle as long as voters allow it. We need to stop letting a very few individuals and families run the show. Their feelings and actions even toward animals continue if we allow it.

In the recent wet/dry election it seemed to me that the most vocal of people were not even registered to vote. Saying that I somewhat like it dry but could have lived with wet because of the economic benefit.

Let us educate ourselves, register, vote, and even run for office. Letting one person stay in office for years and years only shows weakness in a given area.

Challenge yourself. Be the 'one' and do not let it become a job or in case the elected job does not pay do not let it go to your head.

Let me add before the monkey cage is left open that I have done my part.
