Arlington Subdivison

What kind of subdivison is it? what kind of people live there? any info will help

i would not live there right on top of each other i wouldn't live there if someone gave me a house there lol

Horrible. Drug dealers and theives everywhere. It is one of the worst subdivisions in Mt. Sterling. Too much rental property, and if you really want to get a good idea. Look at the State Sex offender registry and you can see just how many offenders live there. It will make you sick.

Hey I bought a house on legend over a year ago. I can't speak for the rest of the subdivison but I have no complaints. My neighbors are wonderful, the lots are small but I came from the sticks so it was an adjustment I had to make.

there was alot of police on mary branch a couple of weekends ago????? Anybody know anything about that??????? Its not a safe neighborhhood...

i have lived in this neighborhood for 7 months and i have no complaints. The few druggies that lived nearby have moved. Also i have a very large lot.

1st part of subdivision is older and quieter, but once you pass that, there is a mix of good and bad. Just like most subdivisions, that don't have an HOA, there is going to be some bad elements mixed in with the good.

Where have you been for the last four years? The city does the drug work in this county. Read the paper ever once in awhile

i live in the subdivision below Arlington that was called Snow Creek not sure now what it is called.lol..when we first bought our home it was nice and peaceful then some quite a few rough people moved up this way and the worst was in the culdy sack where the drug dealers live.it got pretty bad for awhile and there are still a few young punks who try and cause some trouble but because the rent is high and people are becoming more concerned about who they rent to it is getting back to being a nice neighborhood again.slowly but surely.we have lived here for 8 years and would i advise you to move here i don't know depends on whether you are renting or buying and which street you move onto.good luck to you wherever you go.

are there alot of army people in the neighborhood? I heard there was alot of army families in there and then ive heard there was alot of drug dealers around there too, I know there are some really nice newer houses towards the back but i hear that in that row of three vinyl sided homes its mainly hell raisers

I moved to Snow Creek, on the back side of Arlington this summer. Been kind of quiet around me for the most part. Like one of the other posts,..good and bad around here from what I can tell. Had one episode where some kids came around beating on my door, for fun I guess late one Saturday night. I have since taken precautions and installed new security measures. It will not be pleasant if it occurs again and I catch them.
