Why is she so rude? I know every time I've went in there all she does is get snotty with me and pretty much refuse to help. has anyone else had this problem? I heard several employees walked out on her

I think the Managers at the new Rue21 store, in Mount Sterling, are all very kind! Not only have they been assertive, but they have also been more than willing to help me find the right size, outfit, etc. I think they are very respectable young ladies.

As far as people walking out on the Manager, I feel that is their fault for having bad work ethics. No employee should ever walk out on a job.

I love Rue21! Thank goodness there is now a fashionable store in Mount Sterling! Woo :)

I love it there!!! As soon as you walk in the employees make you feel welcome and comfortable. Unlike going to the other stores here in town when you are never acknowledged until you check out. It's a very upbeat clean place and I have been back several times. I think it would help it they had some name tags or something so you knew exactly who the manager is and what the girls names are who is assisting you. It makes for a more personal experience. But other than that no complaints. So happy a fashionable clothing store has came to town. Can't wait to go Christmas shopping!!

The manager at (establishment) was very kind. He not only helped me find (product) but assisted me in (unrelated item). Highly recommend (establishment)!

Happy guest and returning customer... Maybe you should put just a little more work into making your posts sound different. It's obvious you are the same person.

That's what I am saying. I like the store and they have cute clothes and good deals but the girls and just rude and I feel like they act bothered when I ask them for help. They only reason I knew Which one was the manager is because I asked to speak to her to file a complaint and she got very rude with me as well.

I was a manager at rue21. it's horrible. I have a very good work ethic but working with the store manager is more than a pain. it's like being in high school all over again. she talks bad about all employees & customers. I loved my job but I couldn't handle her any longer.
a lot of employees have walked out on her & it's not because they have poor work ethic it's because she's impossible to work with. she use to tell me "she tried to get people to quit". so before you make judgment get all the facts. you don't know how it truly is until you work there.

The last two times I went in there, not one person said anything to me. The girls working there were just standing around gossiping.
