Does anyone know of any CNA classes that a nursing home offers for free if you work for them.

Does anyone know where a person can take CNA classes at? What vocational places offer them?

Yea call the Clark County comunnity education center in Winchester. They have classes there.

Smetimes,johnson mathers nursing home in carlisle has classes for free and they usually offer two or three a job when they are over. Also, winchester has nursing home that offers classes sometimes. I have been a cna for @ 10 years and am currently looking for a new job. Would like to sit with the elderly at home or do home health? Anyone know any good company to work for that will keep me a busy schedule? Or a nursing home close by that would pay atleast 10/hr.

I here windsor care in Mt. Sterling pays 9 something an hour on 3rd shift.
