I was telling what i was told and think, not an expert because Ihave never been a pathetic momma'slittle baby addict like you. They are just legaldrug dealers taking advantage and you are a joke.To say anything when mommy paid is sad.She probably had to so you would stay out of her purse.

Dr. Shultz wasn't accepting new patients, last I heard. There's a new place on Main St. in Morehead called SelfRefind. They're a little cheaper and have a really nice modern office, not dilapidated Goodwill furniture.

Well, evidently you're talking from experience. Honey take it from one who knows, I would rather get my mom and dad to help me pay to get clean than hand over everything including my life to a f@@cking drug dealer.

How wonderful that there are new places opening up that have modern offices and beautiful furniture. Too bad those things won't help you get clean!!

Bum you a ride and get to Morehead fast because if you talk like an addict, act like an addict and walk like an addict, you gotta be an addict!!!

So sad to get on here and read some of theses post. Most people who are drug addicts never admit to having a problem. If they finally get the guts to come clean to their parents, friends, relatives,etc..... who are you to get on here and judge them because they made the comment that their parents helped them pay for this help. I would gladly help my son, daughter, or any relative that admitted they had this problem.Admitting is the first step in getting help, and most of these people who are addicted to these drugs were given prescriptions for the drugs in the first place and became dependent on them. I DO NOT feel any sympathy for those who go out here and buy these drugs to support their habit, or who steals to support this habit,I am just saying that if they finally come clean and need help to get them off the drugs, help them all you can because someday it could be you or someone you love.

I only met Dr. Shultz last week and while I was in his office, they had signs up all over the place that said they no longer give out pain medication or write prescriptions for pain medication. His office call was just $35 dollars. I think that was a pretty reasonable price.

I called Dr. Shultz about 2 weeks ago for someone who had already went and seen him once and they had a 1-2 month waiting list. When the person I know first began with him it costed $500 (this covers the consultation and 4 weeks of treatment) and then $100 per week after this, these prices do not include the Suboxone, which was around $88 for 14 pills. Because he quit the treatment, he has to pay $400 to begin again, I'm assuming this will be for 4 weeks of treatment. I hope this helps...

AND by the way, you want us to think you are so knowledgable about this whole thing but you can't even spell Suboxone. It has helped me tremendously get off and stay off opiates and everything else I could lay my hands on. Yes, my parents helped me pay for it and it was worth every penny we had to spend. If not, I would have been in the ground like some of these others the last few weeks that have overdosed. WHAT IS YOUR LIFE WORTH?
I go to Dr Shultz because I dont have insurance. I thank God for him....I dont see him for substance abuse issues but If I needed to, I would

My son's psychiatrist sent my boy to the best place for his drug problems. It's in Lexington over in Hamburg, called The Blue Sky Clinic. They have 3 doctors there. They were professional, understanding, and really impressed me and my son. Their office is beautiful, and one of their doctors is a certified Addiction specialist. He's been going for about a month, and his life has just changed.

Cant anyone in this town let others make decisions for themselves. I have known Allen my entire life and though i dont get to see him very often he is a good man. I dont trust a lot of people but myself and my family have faith in him as well as respect. Like none of you have ever had a problem or needed someones help. Good lord! Who are any of you to be bad mouthing someone that you probably dont even know. I would be willing to bet my right leg that you are just commenting on what you have heard other people say and that you have let your tiny little mind believe everything you hear. Its pure bullshit! I go to Allen because i trust him and i would encourage anyone else to do the same. And no I am not a recovering or current addict.

Why would anyone want to get off the pills?
I'm not an addict and the only problem I have with pills is when I don't have any.
