Good! So he has been made a good example that even your families $$ can't get you out of murder!

If you would like to confront Kyle about what he done , he will be out in January. He done his time and paid his dues. I would dare say there are plenty of people that have drove after the fact of being under the influence and never got caught or was fortunate enough not to wreck. It is not your nor my place to judge..... You shouldn't throw rocks when you live in a glass house!!!

I do agree with you. People drive drunk and under the influence everyday. I knew Kyle and think he has certainly paid his dues. People need to forgive and learn that people do make mistakes!!

Very well said ... I know Kyle didn't mean to hurt anyone and im sure he feels guilty about it everyday...

At what point do you just say that someone has 'made a mistake'. He may have learned his lesson but he still killed a girl and reagardless of if he learned his lesson or not, he cant fix that and typically a mistake is something that can be fixed. This was something that should have never happened in the first place and he will have to live with what he did for the rest of his life and live with that guilt. That wont bring her back or ease her families loss but that is more of what he deserves than anything. Dont make excuses for someone who has done something so irresponsible, he didnt just steal a candy bar or something he took someones life.

As said before You nor anybody else is without mistake. I can only pray YOU nor any of your loved ones ever make the same mistake Kyle did. I don't make lite of what he did but I do not judge him for what he did. You are right this is something he has to live with the rest of his life but he too can be forgiven by the only one that counts and thats not you or any other person on this earth. That is all that matters and GOD's forgiveness is the only one that counts!

i knew april and she was a good peerson. but i also knew kyle...i never did like him...he was a spoiled lil brat...but he has paid his dues...i know april drove drunk a few times too...hell i even rode around with her and a few other friends one night drinkin...she could have killed somebody just tthe same as kyle did...it was a dumb mistake that costed her her life...but that cannot be changed...there is no need in takin his whole life away from him too...im sure his parents want to see his children and want to see him get married too....you would be alot happier and would feel a burden lifted off of yourself if you would just find forgiveness!!!

Whats done is done. Get over it and move on.
You already heard she drove drunk also so if she had killed someone you'd be happy she was getting out after serving a sentence handed down by a judge.

Kyle was a sweet kid who was so very smart,he could have been anything he wanted to be ,just like alot of us. He made a mistake, just like we all have in our lives. He will make a good man when he is out, god spared his life for a reason, noboby will ever feel as bad as he will about what happened. His grandmother was the sweetest person ever ,I hope Kyle makes her proud with his new life, lets pray for him and for his future and lets try to put ourselves in his shoes ,kyle is young and the world is ahead of him, lets be careful what we say it could be your child next in trouble.
