Im looking in the $400-450 a month range, 2-bedroom, pet-friendly, NOT in the ghetto, lol. Ive been looking into the ones across from Midland Trail industrial park, anyone know if thats a good, safe place to live? McGinnis Jewelers owns them.

You probably want to stay away from McGinnis properties... I have known people who rent from him and they have nothing good to say about him.

We have a 2 bedroom/2 Bath duplex on Cadence Branch, which is off of Arlington Ave. We allow pets up to 30 pounds and the duplex rents for $450.00. We keep them in good shape and don't put up with any partying..noise...etc. As long as you pay your rent on time, we are very easy to get along with. If you want to list your email address, then I will send you our phone number.

That sucks.. Thats the only property ive looked at so far that is decent and pet-friendly. Looks like I may have to find a new home for my pet, although I really hate to! What things are people saying about the McGinnis crew?

Duplex-thats probably at the very high end of my price range, but Ill consider it for sure. My pet is only 6 pounds, full-grown. Do you have any idea what the utilities run? Just an estimate? That would be a great location for me and my daughter. Im very private when it comes to my home, so Im not big on having people over, parties, and what not.

What about buying? Granted, it would be an older home, but it's a start and you could get in a house for that payment.

Id love to buy, but dont have the income right now and have already been turned down for home loans. Hopefully maybe in a few years Ill be able to get into my own home.

It is total electric...Ky Utilities. The low usage months are around $35.00 and the high usage months are around $75.00. Water would run you around $25 to $30 a month.

The school district is Mt Sterling Elementary. The duplex has a large utility room with washer/dryer hookups and the kitchen comes equipped with stove, fridge and dishwasher.

Thanks for the info, Ive looked at a couple places hes had available-although I liked the neighborhood, the places werent so nice and were heated with gas. Id prefer to not have a gas and electric bill, would rather it be all electric.

DO NOT RENT FROM JIM MCGINNIS! rented from him for 1 year and couldnt wait to get out! paid my rent on the day it was due and was still charged $75 extra because he didnt get to deposit the check that day and did not get my deposit back even though the house looked better when i moved out than it did when i moved in. horrible man to deal with!
Wow, it was his fault he didn't get to deposit it.. I would have been angry too and would have refused to pay it!

does anyone know of a nice place in camargo to rent? I've looked at a couple but they were not to my standards. I prefer to live in camargo or JVille, so if anyone knows of a place that is renting, please let me know. Also I would like to have KU electric, and the rent be, at the highest,$425. THanks.

I was wondering if you had anything that was 3 bedroom coming available anytime between now and the middle of Feb.? I currently live on Doe Run in a two bedroom and was looking for something a bit larger.
