Nestle is one of the worst places to work. The management there doesnt know there head from there ass. They dont care about anyone that works there or their families. If you want to be able to spend time with ur kids then the best advise I can give you is dont work there. I am a single parent, a full time student and does Nestle try to help me in any way HELL NO they expect you to live your life around them when they could care less about you. Ask how many poeple have been in car wrecks because of falling asleep at the wheel due to being completely exhausted from work. But then the bad part is if you wreck and miss work that day you can bet your ass the Nestle will punish you for it.They know that with this economy alot of poeple cant get a different job so they are able to screw you in every way possible because they know you are stuck.that place is the biggest joke ever.. To any one thinking about working there it is good money but they will run you into the ground. Nestle knows that anyone can be replaced and the treat you like it too.

I've worked there over a year, yeah i'm a little tired now and then but no reason to whine about it, its one of the easier jobs i've ever had, I'm sorry you have so much going on in your life with kids, school, and work but you have to go through bad times to get to good ones.

I heard about that place, my sister in law got a job there, it was a horrible place to work--she was desperate for a job and worked there only until she could get something better. They take advantage of people, give little pay, work them to death, and the smell! There's more too, would take way too much time to describe the place. The guy that said it was easy--must be management

no it's not bad that bad there. Work is work if it was fun you wouldn't get paid for it. Moost of the people who complain are just lazy and afraid to do anything.

If you do your job and come to work on time then no one will treat you "bad".

Also yes there was a bird found but the factory also got shut down and cleaned from top to bottom. And hundreds of thousands of dollars of product was thrown away because of it.

Stuff can happen, even in your own kitchen.

all i can say on the matter is that i work at nestle as a temp i have been there for about 3 months now and i like it there. I work 2nd shift on line 6 as a cart-loader yeah somedays u wanna pull ur hair out or stomp the other cart-loader in the ground but that is at any other job... somedays u work ur a$$ off and others are simple exspecially the casadea nights... if u b***h about the long hours and that ur tired all the time look at it when u first started they told u up front wat hours u will be working all my advice is that u shouldnt of takin the job. So far since i have worked the line we have run 110% not to brag but our line is the best ran line in the factory they have informed my supervisor that Line 6 2nd shift is the best line in the factory if the rest of the lines could run at least 95-100% we wouldnt run saturdays. but that sh*t aint gonna happen i aint gonna lie i am leaving nestle for a job that is 4 min from my home and that offers .50cent more on the hour. but that is just me the rest of the lines need to straighten there sh*t up

we got taken over by Nestle a year and a half ago. They cut our pay going from $18 an hour, to $12 and told us we can make it up by selling a lot and making them more money so that we can get a little more than our $12 an hour. We used to be commission when we were Dreyers, Nestle got rid of that and told us for over a year that they were "working" on trying to figure out how to get us back on commission. Nestle is garbage

make it simple: we would get paid $1,300-$1,500 (after Taxes)avg paycheck for 2 weeks work around 90 hrs with Dreyers.Past year and half since Nestle took over: avg check for same hours is $900-$1,100 for two weeks! Enough said!!

I have worked at Nestle for a long time. A lot of really good people work there and do a great job. These people still work there and like their jobs because people like you don't work there any more. The only thing that sucks about working at nestle everyday is busting my ass and watching you lazy people stand around and cry about how much the job sucks. This is the best job you will ever have no other company will let you stand around crying while we bust our butts working. Do us all a favor, just quit or get fired so you can go back to foodstamps and wellfair and nestle can hire some people to help us get the work done.
Good job

I worked there for 2 months, and worked hard, got great reviews, then I got sick and went to the emergency room and had to miss a day, come back work for a week and they fired me for attendance issues, but said I can reapply in a month. I didn't have a tc to go to, hr refused my calls, all this after a six month hiring process and they didn't even give me two weeks to quit my other job. I wouldn't recommend working there.
