Just got medical Insurance from my work, who are the best doctors in town?

I like Dr. Kissis. He is very good. takes time to talk to you and really listens.

It depends on why you need to see a doctor. Most family physicians will refer you to a specialist if you have heart or diabetic conditions. If you just want someone for a general physical or someone to go to if you get the flu. I would suggest Family Care Clinic or Dr. Thornberry. Both are in the parking lot where Applebees is at. I have dealt with both of these offices and they both now have great staff.

The best doctor in town is Dr. Paul Mclaughlin because for 7 years we have been trying to find out what is wrong with my son and we have been to doctors all over and even suppose to be top rank but none could tell me what was going on with my son I even had a local doctor look at me and say I know something is wrong with your kid but I just don't know what it is as a mother to hear that comment is heartbreaking and you want to give up but I didnt and Dr. Mclaughlin began looking in my son's case and after about 1 month we had a diagnosis it was what I wanted to hear but atleast we knew what was wrong with my son and maybe we could control it. So if you need a good doctor he is the best all around he really cares and takes the time to listen to you as a person not just as money as most doctor around hear do!!!! You are right, that is a great doctor's office. But if you plan to go there you must be prepared to wait and wait and wait.

Its worth waiting if you get a good Doctor. Lots of time you have to wait b/c he will not turn his patients away in an emergency. So, it is a good feeling knowing if I don't have an apt. he will fit my family in..Dr.McLaughlin is my family doctor and has been for years..He is very professional and cares. You will not leave his office without him finding out what is wrong or he will direct you to the right doctor until the problem is taken care of.

There is such a thing as not taking on too many patients for more money when you don't have time for them. You shouldn't have to wait at the doctor over over an hour for an appointment for a sore throat or high blood pressure. He needs to hire more help.

If you have been to a good doctors office then you probally have had to wait thats because he is doing his job and caring for his patients you have to remember people walk n with emergency probelms and they have to be seen to I look like it like this yes you may have to wait but when your seen you are getting the best care in this town so it is worth the wait!!!!!! If you want to get n and be treated very rudely and be left wondering if that you got the best care then go somewhere else you don't have to wait there are always ads in the local paper of doctors taking on new patients but if I were you I would wait to see the best doctor n this town and around and trust me we have seen probally 20 or 30 doctors for my son problem and when we started seeing doc mclaughlin he found out was wrong!!! So the choice is yours!!!!!!!! Yes he may need to hire more help but you have to understand if you have ever worked with dr mclaughlin he will not just hire anyone off the streets he wants someone that cares for people like he does and remember that is rare!! When Cammy left that was really bad because she was alot like him she cared about the patients but like anyone knows when becoming a mother you take on a whole new role n life and she wanted to be the best mother she could be and she didnt want to let the quality of care for patients hurt for that so she chose a new role with her career so she could be home more with her son. So just give doc some time to find someone that will fit his practice!!!!!!!!

I agree with the people on here. Dr. Mclaughlin has been my doctor for some years now. He is very professional and concerned about his patients. I think he is a well thought of doctor in this town, at least I have only heard nice things about him.
