Head out Route 11 past Sharpsburg. Cross the bridge into Fleming county. PUSH-UP'S store is about a half mile up on the left. Neat stuff inside. Open on the weekends. Hope this helps.

Country Home and Decor in Camargo is great. They have the items you are looking for and will try to get anything you are looking for. I have bought signs from there and I love their candles. I haven't bought curtains but they do have them. Give them a try!

You might try the old country schoolhouse in Salt Lick. I love it there, and there are dozens of dealers under one roof. They will deal on some things and have nice clean restrooms. Hey, what can I say....women like clean restrooms!

Please people! This person is looking for primitives and apparently you all wouldn't know a primitive if it hit you in the face. If you're really looking for PRIMITIVES such as old cabinets, tables and chairs, wrought iron, old or handmade Christmas items, kitchen utensils etc, etc then go to Push-Ups on the Fleming County line and go to Hilltop Antique Mall in Flemingsburg (directions above). This lady has several vendors that do primitive shows during the year and she even vendors from Ohio. It only takes about half hour to get there and is a nice drive. Don't think you will be disappointed.

Hi - I actually own a lettering business. I do vinyl lettering for walls and it can also be applied to any smooth, flat surface (like metal, wood, glass, etc.) I can do letters that have the 'primitive' look. I have also done custom lettering for many people who apply the letters to items and resale in antique/craft malls. I have been told I am the most reasonably priced in the area. If you are interested, please post back and I will send you my contact information. Good Luck finding what you're looking for! Thanks!

There is an auction across from the movie theater. They always have a good selection of real primative stuff. You never know what you will find. Plus it's fun to bid!! I have gotten a lot of stuff there really cheap.

Peddler's mall in morehead is a great place, Hung Up On Country in Salt Lick, and Diana's (i think is the name) in Campton are all great places. Some are pricey than others. If you get the LTD catalog they have some cute stuff and it's cheap. Hope that helps.

The Olde Homestead in Richmond, KY is one I like. Take exit 87 off I-75 south and make a left at light. It is right next to Sherwin Williams off the bypass. Look them up!

Used to be a shop called Berried Treasures in the Montgomery Square. It closed when one of the owners past away. But I know the lady has a booth at Peddler's Mall in Wincheter. She did have a lot of inventory in country & primitive, furniture that was nice. She still does some shows, candles, berried signs and ect. Some is in her booth in Winchester and she had other things for shows.

You might ask at Peddler's mall for her name and number. The prices were always not too high, and she had purses and bags to monogram. Plus they did the best gift baskets, not like any around now. We really miss their shop. The husband was always funny and would make you laugh, they really cared about people, and would help out group with donations and things. You might find out about how to reach her from the Video Shop in Montgomery Square.
