It's true workers are treated like slaves, that's hourly and salaried. The racisism is bladant. It's difficult to get another job with the economy being as it is. The money if good especially with ot so most just try to stick ot out. I wouldn't reccommend my worst enemy apply there. No one deserves to be treated like I and so many have been. You are not human to them you are a workhourse and when they ride u into sickness or depression you will then be fired.

Treat everyone like slaves?!! Where I work at in nestle the only ones working their a$$es off r the level 1 and 2 employees. The level 3 employees get their work started and then stand around the rest of the day doing nothing but talking and when asked to help with something cause we r to busy, they say it's not their job and walk away. It sucks. And when something is said about it to the team leader he just looks at u like u r dumb. Then the team leader (supervisor) turns around and says we need to work as a team but he never inforces it.

Ya I like the trainers, they get paid real well. What I have not found out yet is what do they train? I see them get up and give a talk maybe to the new people or show you a power point presentation but that is about it. Here in the last two years have they trained anyone out on the line?

Deretard, you don't even work there dumbass. Maybe if you worked a fraction of how hard the trainers work, you might still be there.

What do the trainers do? Yes I did work there, how would I know about the trainers if I did not. You are the retard. When I worked there I did the work of 3 people, the man on the line down below me did the work of five people sometimes. So heres your sign.

That is true about the trainers. When I was hired they all just talked about nestles plans and goals. We were not trained on the lines by them. They just put all of us on the lines for about an hour each day and said the supervisor will tell us what to do. And then we didn't see them again. And that whole week of orientation was bull. Everyone basically repeated each other over and over everyday and it was nothing about the rules or what about our work. Just about the compass, the fish theory, the 5 why's, and lock out tag out. I thought it was a waste of time.
