so what do you guys think about the the automotive dept. at walmart i think the wait times there suck i went in there the other day had to wai 2hr for an oil change come on and the cashier there was rude !!!

That was just unnecessary and rude. How do you know her husband isnt really sick or even dead? Maybe he is healthy and works from daylight to dark. You're being a total bitch.Maybe it's a man and it's an older person,and they arent ABLE to do the work themselves. Geez,Im sure Walmart should fire your ass!

my uncle is the one of the managers at tle If you have a problem he would be glad to help you his name is Bobby Willoughby or you can talk to my cousin he is also a manager and his name is bobby s. they would both be willing to help if there is a problem. look them up.

I paid $45 to have my oil changed and fluids checked. The next day my windshield washer fluid ran out. Made me wonder if they even changed my oil. And no, I didn't complain, I just took my business elsewhere. That was my first and last trip.

well yall,just dont take it there for new tires thats for sure. if you got one broken lug nut on any of your wheels they wont honor there own warranty or place the new tires on the car/truck . now honestly people,letting some one know is fine, but, just dont flat out tell a paying customer after they bought your tires cause your damn insurance policy wont let you even though it was YOUR shop that put the old set on when they were new.. now thats pittiful

they didnt put your "old ones" on if you had broken/missing lugs then... if they did you must have had all your lugs/studs at the time....
why are you riding around missing lugs/studs anyway ?
If you do had a broken stud/lug on a wheel that had a tire under the road hazard... you can bring the wheel in as a carry in... we even let you use our jack/tire iron

Look, I'm not a mechanic, if I was I'd do it myself. I paid for a service and I didn't get what I paid for. They gave me a receipt that showed everything I was suppose to get for the money I paid. And just because I don't have a PhD in oil changing doesn't mean I don't have any common sense. My only fault is I like to be treated fairly (and a little courtesy doesn't hurt either).

You don't have to be a mechanic to check your oil level/color... it shows you in your owners manual... and you did get what you paid for... an oil change

alright, i heard there was a few complaints about the walmart tle. in mt.sterling. first i dont know who is pretending to be the support mgr. but it needs to stop.. i want to clarify a few things. the reason customers waits are so long, is because first come...first serve. it is not the technicians fault cause we cant change a tire that has a missing lug nut, or its not the recommended size tire that your car calls for, if you want to complain call the home office. 1-800-walmart. other wise i will try to make things go smoother and better for all walmart tle customers.
