dear people, in need of some serious help, son is got a serious drug problem and needs help in the worst way, he wont get it himself so we are trying to save his life by getting him some help. know that many in the community have and are going through the same thing. what we need is to know where there might be a place where he can be committed, we dont have money for rehab, he needs help in the worst way, we only found out tonight how serious it is, hes killing himself if anyone has a name of somewhere we might contact or someone we could talk to get him some help it would be most appreciated. we know that they have to want help in order to get help, but there has to be someway we can save him. anyway you can help will be greatly appreciated. hes 23 and an adult but there has to be a way.

Contact the Hope Center in Lexington! I'm not for sure if it's based on income or free but I know they are very willing to help and may be able to provide you with more information if they can't accept him there!

I so understand how you are feeling right now,My son has been down this road so many times . If they dont want rehab it doesnt do much good to send them . My best advice would be to hope he gets arrested if he hasnt been before. Sometimes it can do a wake up . If he is refusing to go get help you can have him admitted to a dry out , contact a man named Gary Hudson he will try to help you all he can with information that could really help. Dont feel alone because right now there is more families affected by this horrible nightmare .

Pray that God gives you the courage to not enable him in anyway. It is the hardest thing a parent can do ,stay firm and dont let him out of your sight right now. Call the hope center first for advice to know if he needs to go to a detox center.I will be praying for you .

where is this gary hudson located? thanks so much to everyone, this is killing us, we just never know when the call will come that they have found him od. he has been in and out of jail countless times, the letters come saying when he gets out he walking the straight and narrow, then hes back on it again, but this time is different hes went a little farther with it, and been lying to us all the time saying hes working and staying home but its all a lie, if theres someway we can have him committed we will its better for him to be angry than lose him.

How long has your son been out of jail? He visits m.c.regional jail ,is your son a canidate for drug court? he may have meet Gary before? He is straight up and will tell you the honest truth about what he feels is the right thing to do.. I am a very angry parent at the point I really believe our law inforcement is corrupt and Im talking about the ones we vote in. I will never give up hope that they burn in h... for allowing things to go on right in front of them and say they cant do anything about it . Thats like the drug store across the street from the courthouse getting away with murder for as long as it did???

There's a great rehab in Louisville, ky it's called The Healing Place It's 100% free. It really works, i was on pills for over 4 years really hard and since i've been there i'm almost to my year of sobriaty, it's a long term rehab anywhere from 9 to 12 months. They don't lock u down, truthfully you can go when u want but thats where he is gonna have to ask himself and they will ask him does he want to be on the death bored. Let me explain, they have a bored on the wall of everyone that has left there that has died and let me tell ya its scary anough to make me stay. Thier really good people and they also have the highest success rate in the united states. They are on the enternet if u want to check it out. It might be under the hope center not forsure just try the healing place first good luck and i will pray for him. I'm a 23 year old man and i'm just know figureing out what an awsome life i have been missing and i promise he will feel the same, it just takes time.
