Judge it!
I must say its a horrible idea IMO,I lived in Brentwood for 20 years....franklins is great..but all this...shit I hate coming back home @ certain times due to the traffic allready..one can only imagine how much worse it will be after this "art" area is filled.Not to mention like stated in the blog the danger to the people on Rt.1.
Besides its getting even worse in the area anyways.
