wow to tell u the truth i knew those guys n they were strait up creepers...i would never in my life go to a hotel room with 5 men even if they were friends especially them. things change wen you involve alcohol, but that still does not make the girl at fault!!! those guys always gave me a bad vibe i juss never thought they would fall so low!!

wow. its crazy reading these comments. you people have no idea what its like to be manipulated like that. well in case anyones still reading this, four of the men escaped. the one that was tried was found not guilty because during the rape the lights were off and she couldnt say she actually saw him on top of her. and as for the comment about money, thats crapp. she had the chance to file a civil suite which are easier to prove then criminal cases and she could have gotten money. but she didnt. because she wasnt in court to get money from these guys because a million dollars couldnt buy back what she lost that night. i used to come on here all the time to read the things ppl said about this case. its not easy coming forward with something like rape. its because of what people say that keeps girls quiet about these things. give us a break.

I am sorry, but some girls can be total biatches, and act like victims. I know some of the guys, and they are not rapists or criminals. I just hope the truth comes out because it eventually does, and if one guy is not charged its because obviously the story she is telling isn't completely true. I just don't believe in this girl...I don't feel sorry for you at all, and I hope everyone involved gets what they deserve.

I'm not one to blame the victim, but I will say that this was a failure on the part of everyone's parents. Primarily it's the failure of the boys' parents for not teaching them right from wrong. They are to blame here, make no mistake.
But I also have to wag my finger at the girls' parents, that they did not provide her the proper information to help her avoid situations like this. I agree that it's never the fault of the victim, but at the same time, this is a situation that could have been avoided.
What I want to know is where the friend went and if she was in on it.

Okay, before things get out of hand, I'd like to address this post.
Now, as I've said before, this is not the fault of the victim. These young men did what they did and whether or not she should have been in that motel is irrelevant.
But this does not mean that it's open season on men because this tragedy happened. Both men and women are capable of violent crimes, so lets dial down the drama, shall we. These thugs are not men, men don't need to do these things. They're children, scared little boys who don't possess the necessary intelligence, grace and class to actually get a woman to want to have sex with them, so they resort to forcing the issue.
